PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Special Court for offence under (SC and ST) POA Amendment act case (PCR Court), at Tirunelveli, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day on merit relating to Crime No.668 of 2023, dated 08.09.2023 and thus render justice. For Petitioners :Mr.S.Sathya Chidambaram For R1 & R2 :Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Special Court for offence under (SC and ST) POA Amendment act case (PCR Court), at Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on merits in Crime No.668 of 2023 on the file of the respondent No.2 police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the accused are previously involved in similar case of atrocity and also involved under Section 302 IPC. 2/4

3.Considering the previous history of the petitioners, the relief sought for by them cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
