ORDER

Seeking a rectification of the mistake in the UDR patta, in respect of the property comprised in Survey Field No.1182/1B and Old S.No. 1045/1, measuring to an extent of 60 cents and S.F.No.1267/1PT and Old

S.No.959 to an extent of 25 cents in Pannaikadu Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, the petitioner had given several representations starting from 05.02.2018 till 18.07.2024 being the latest. Inclusive of the above two, eight representations have been made. To date, the application has not progressed beyond the stage of the application. Therefore, a mandamus is issued directing the third respondent to rectify the mistake in the UDR patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
