Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and her family members from respondent Nos.4 to 6.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased a land in the year 2013 at karukudi village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. On 11.08.2023, the petitioner went to visit the land with her husband and son, at that time the vendor of the land along with other persons trespassed into their land, threatened them with dire consequences. Hence a complaint has been given against the accused persons. Now the petitioner wants to fence her land. Seeking police protection to enter into her land, a representation dated 07.09.2023 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2/5
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the representation that was made by the petitioner seeking police protection, is kept pending.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the property was purchased by one Perumal who is also one of the accused, for a valuable consideration. The objectors are the brothers of the said Perumal, who are making frequent trouble in the enjoyment of the property.
5. Let the representation of the petitioner be disposed of within a period of 15 days by summoning the petitioner as well as the other parties and ascertain the ground situation on merits.
6. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
