O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for early disposal of Cr.M.P.No.77 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2. It is submitted by the petitioner/party-in-person that he has filed an application under Section 200 Cr.P.C., against the respondents alleging that they have committed the offence punishable under Sections 25,34,506 and 420 of IPC.

3. It is submitted that even though sworn statement of the petitioner was recorded on 05.03.2022 and sworn statement of the other witnesses were recorded on 29.03.2022 and 18.04.2022 and the case is pending for further enquiry, since then no orders have been passed.

4. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner herein and on considering the documents filed along with this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, 2/4

Madurai to dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.No.77 of 2022 as quickly as possible, not later than one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
