2. Even though the main writ appeal has been dismissed, by an order dated 23.06.2017, however, due to oversight, while dismissing the writ appeal, no order has been passed in the Miscellaneous Petition filed along with the main appeal. Hence, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
