Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.16743 of 2019:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in Connection with Cr.No.1/2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID South, Madurai City ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. E.Antony Sahaya Prabhakar Additional Public Prosecutor, Advocate for the Petitioner , this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16743 of 2019 on 18.11.2019.

CRL MP(MD).No.9368 of 2021 petitioner in the present petition submitted that the petitioner is involved in job rocketing issue and totally 120 victims are there and most the statement of the witnesses have been recorded. Since they have to examine some more witnesses, who are belong to various Districts, he seeks further time to complete the investigation that has already been granted by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the first respondent in this petition submitted that as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16743 of 2019, he was directed to produce the documents, which are available with him before the Investigating Officer. Even it has been produced, it has not been considered by the Investigating Officer. 4.The petitioner herein has to examine the first respondent and also take into account the documents produced by him as per the earlier direction. The petitioner must comply the order that has been passed by this Court earlier.

5.With the above directions, time is extended for a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to complete the investigation finally. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
