This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to process the voters list as per the notification dated 19.05.2018 and to conduct secret ballot voting to the post of executive members of the fourth respondent Pallivasal for the year 2024-2027.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
