(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The writ petition is challenging the E-Auction Sale Notice dated 15.12.2021.

Now the learned counsel for the bank represents that there was no bidder on the date of sale and the sale was aborted. In view of the same, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. In the event, the petitioner has got any prospective purchasers for private negotiation, it is open to him to approach the bank and the bank is directed to cooperate. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
