Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to impugned order of the second respondent dated 28.12.2015 in Memo No.3962/2015/A3 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as record clerk on compassionate ground in furtherance to the death of his father S.Hidayathullah and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
