This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.159 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.159 of 2018 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Aruppukottai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 79 of 2019 .
