ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order issued to the petitioner in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.2179/A1/2015 dated 16.10.2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a letter dated 10.02.2021 sent by the second respondent, wherein, it was stated that the suspension order issued to the petitioner has been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated in service.

3. In view of the above, the issue involved in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.5497 of 2016 as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
