The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action to prevent the supply of polluted water to the village people and also take necessary steps to clean the wastes and dredge the Well. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Writ Petition (MD).No.23542 of 2019 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the Well has been cleared and the debris has been removed and the cover over the Well has been erected.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some more cleaning is required. If any further cleaning is required, the same shall be done after inspecting the Well by one of the Officers. The Well shall be maintained clean. There should be no dumping of garbage.

4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
