ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the transfer order passed by the first respondent, dated 02.03.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court has granted an interim stay dated 18.03.2016. Based on the interim stay, the writ petitioner is still continuing in the same place. The petitioner is continuing in the same place for more than six years. Therefore, this Court is inclined to close this writ petition. However, the petitioner is continuing in the same place, the respondents are at liberty to transfer the petitioner as per law. The petitioner has not received any monetary benefits for the transfer period. The respondent shall consider the same 2/4

and disburse the monetary benefits as per law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 14.11.2022 Index :
