ORDER

The present civil revision petition is filed to issue direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.54 of 2007 in O.S.No.59 of 1917, on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai.

2. The suit was filed to formulate a scheme decree. The I.A. was filed to modify the scheme decree. The Trial Court has issued notice to all the parties and the arguments are also over. But the same is pending because the orders were not passed by the previous Presiding Officers.

3. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the I.A.No.54 of 2007 is posted today, i.e., on 14.10.2024 for arguments. Taking the said fact into consideration, this Court is directing the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, to complete the I.A.No.54 of 2007 in O.S.No.59 of 1917 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
