Heard the learned counsel on either side and the following consensual submission was made.
2. The petitioner had taken a certain sum of money from the private respondents for leasing out the property in question. The lease deed was also duly registered. The private respondents are ready to vacate and hand over possession of property. They are also ready to cooperate for cancelling the lease deed after the writ petitioner returns the lease amount.
