ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the third respondent/ defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted by the second respondent police and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
