This Writ Petitioner is filed to quash the show cause notice dated 01.03.2016 issued under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequently enquiry was completed under Section 81 of the Act. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
