ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the case was listed on 21.03.2025 finally. On 21.03.2025, the learned counsel for the appellant appeared and submitted that the appellant is not interested to contest the case and hence, sought further time to get instructions.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions. sHence, this second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
