ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.08.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(M), 6(1), 9(M) r/w. 10 of POCSO Act Amendment Act, 2019 and 127, 351(2) BNS in crime No.4 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of allegations that the victim tender children aged about 10 years and 8 years, who came to attend the death related ceremony and at that time, the petitioner said to have taken them to the secluded place and have committed things, which would amount to aggravated penetrative sexual assault within the meaning of the POCSO Act, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
