ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been undertaken and during the course of enquiry, on 18.12.2021, the defacto complainant given a letter to the effect that since the petitioners agreed to repay the amount, no further action is required in this matter. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
