O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet in H.S.No.04/03 'B' maintained by the third respondent on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.03.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, vide his order dated 30.12.2019 has deleted the name of the petitioner from the history sheet record.

3.Hence, in view of the above order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
