ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the notification issued by the respondent dated 08.07.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that subsequently the Government has issued a circular. Based on the aforesaid circular, the respondent had withdrawn the notification. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. This contention was accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
