O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No. 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action against the respondents No.4 & 5 and others who have excommunicated the petitioner's family and other 150 families and permitting the petitioner and 150 families to take part in the temple festival by conducting the peace meeting based on the Petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2016.

Heard Mr.R.Ganesh Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5. 2/4

It is represented by learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 that after filing of the Writ Petition, a Peace Committee Meeting was convened on 27.04.2016, in which, it was decided that they should conduct Para Nacthiamman Temple festival only after obtaining orders from the Court and there is no restriction for any body to worship the God individually. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
