ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of order issued by 4th respondent No. 40/Ko.92/2024-25 dated 29.04.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner forthwith in the post of Assistant Profession (Tamil) at Nazareth Margoschis College and confer all other service and monetary benefits for the interregnum period (i.e 01.08.2023 to 29.04.2024).
2. Through the impugned proceedings, the service of the petitioner has been terminated. When this matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 24.03.2026, this Court, after having taken note of the fact that there was an error in constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee, which conducted the enquiry against the petitioner, resulting in issuance of the impugned order is not in accordance with the law and passed the following docket order : "In the light of the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent, the constitution of Internal 3/6
Complaints Committee under POSH Act, 2013, is not in accordance with law.
2. This Court intends to know whether the 4th respondent is ready to withdraw the impugned order, with liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law, if necessary.
3. Post the matter under the caption "For Orders" on 26.03.2026."

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that the management of the first respondent has already passed resolution on 13.03.2026 resolving to withdraw the impugned order and also to reinstate the petitioner into service. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner is going to be reinstated into service shortly.
4. In the light of the above, this Court does not see any reason to adjudicate the matter on merits.
5. Accordingly, duly placing on record the submissions 4/6
made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to reinstate the petitioner into service. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
