This matter is listed before me for the third time. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. On 04.09.2024, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents and had submitted that whatever monetary benefits, which the petitioner is entitled to, was settled to the petitioner, vide Office GPF Bill No.1850/2004. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on 04.09.2024, sought time to get instructions with regard to the submission made by the learned 2/4

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents as stated supra. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned to 16.10.2024.

3. On 16.10.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought further time to get instructions with regard to the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents before this Court on 04.09.2024.

4. However, when the matter is listed for hearing today, on the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on the last hearing date, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. This writ petition is of the year 2018. It can be now inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.10.2024 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No Sm 3/4
