2.Heard both sides.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the above said submission and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to relax the condition, however, it is made clear that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation before the respondent police as and when required by the police.

5.This miscellaneous petition is allowed accordingly, with the above direction.
