PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue Dr.Aishwarya, daughter of Nagarajan aged about 29 years from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

O R D E R

The Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue Dr.Aishwarya, daughter of Nagarajan aged about 29 years from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The daughter of the petitioner herein appeared through video conference. She stated that she is a medical professional at Chandigarh and expressed very clearly that she does not want to meet the petitioner or her mother. She stated that she has settled in Chandigarh. She stated that she would not host the parents even if they over to meet her. We would let her ponder over her statements by herself.

3. She is alive and safe. Determination of that was the basic reason why the Habeus Corpus Petition had been filed and not to harass her in any manner what so ever.

4. No further orders are required to be passed, the Habeus Corpus Petition stands closed.
