PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A7-7844-2008, dated 22.04.2013, and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.S.K.Mani For Respondents 1 to 4 : Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, Govt. Pleader.

For Respondent 5 : Mrs.J.Anandhavalli.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Sri P.Thilak Kumar, Government Pleader, states that the impugned order is only an interim order and the revenue proceedings are still pending in view of this petition.

2. Sri S.K.Mani, counsel for petitioner, states that petitioner will co-operate during the hearing and he will establish that the subject property is a private property and there is no encroachment.

3. Mr.Thilak Kumar states that before the end of this month i.e., by 30.04.2025, orders shall be passed by the authority and, before 2/4

passing any order, Respondent No.5 shall also be heard.
