ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges that no action has been taken against the petition mentioned erring officials.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents informed the Court that disciplinary action has been initiated against the concerned Block Development Officer and his subordinate officials numbering around five persons. Copy of the charge memo has also been produced and it has been served on the petitioner's counsel. It is further undertaken by the respondents that disciplinary action will be expeditiously conducted and disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
