ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to ensure our right of fishing in Maruthanadhi Dam at Maruthanadhi, Ayyampalayam Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul 2/4

District on share basis of Fish by considering the petitioners' representations.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has passed an order dated 21.10.2024, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1231/E/2024, ensuring the fishing right of the petitioners in Maruthanadhi Dam at Maruthanadhi, Ayyampalayam Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
