Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to release the Document No.P13/2023 executed on 02.08.2023 on the file of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2023 in accordance with law.

ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his document, which has been registered, has not been released has filed this writ petition. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the document produced by this petitioner for registration on 02.08.2023 was accepted by the Sub Registrar and it was also registered. At that time, an objection was raised by the fourth respondent that he is the owner of the property, which is sought to be registered in that document. Considering the 2/4

objections, the document has not been released and they are conducting an enquiry. They have also directed the fourth respondent to produce the materials, if any, available with him. He further submitted that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent / Sub Registrar to conduct the enquiry and conclude the proceedings, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index :
