ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur in D.No.2359/2020 Dated 06.06.2020 seeking further 2 months time to dispose the suit, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.C.G.Pethanaraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and none appeared for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 22.11.2019, directed the learned Principal District Judge (Cooperative Tribunal), Srivilliputtur, to dispose of the case in C.M.A.(CS) No.8 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Now, the learned Judge has requested further time of two months to dispose of the above said case.

3.The request of the learned Judge is reasonable. Though the request is to grant further time of two months, in view of the outbreak of COVID-19, this Court grants eight months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 22.11.2019.
