ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries in the petitioner's land in SF.No.402/6B measuring an extent of 0.12.5 Ares situate at Thuthoor Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's application, dated 18.09.2024.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the petition mentioned property from one Chinnaiah vide a registered sale deed, dated 27.02.2009. Since then, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the same and got patta in her name. In these circumstances, the petitioner wants to measure and fix the boundaries of her property. Hence, on 18.09.2024, she has filed an application and has paid necessary fee for the same. Since the respondents have not taken any further steps, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. The application has been filed for survey only on 18.09.2024. By approaching this Court within a few days of filing the application, the people like the petitioner are trying to jump the queue. Therefore, a direction is issued to the respondents to follow the seniority in applications and dispose of the above as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
