This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, the second and third respondents to withdraw the blockade of the petitioner's account number 30078388828 in the State Bank of India, Theni Branch, release the amount transferred illegally along with the deposited title deed on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2016.

2.On 09.02.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 10.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (10.02.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
