P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to exempt those who have passed the Teachers Eligibility Test in the year 2013 from the purview of G.O.Ms.No.149, dated 20.07.2018 and select them for the post of B.T.Assistants solely based on the marks scored in the Teachers Eligibility Test, as enumerated in G.O.Ms.No.252, School Education (TRB), dated 05.10.2012, which was followed all along. ORDER
The respondents have raised a maintainability issue in their counter affidavit filed before this Court.

However, without going into the merits of the said maintainability issue, in view of the fact that the following order was passed in respect of the some of the members of the petitioner 2/4
association, who had filed individual writ petitions, the same order is passed in this writ petition also by disposing of the same by recording the fact that the grievance of the members of the petitioner association in this writ petition has been addressed through G.O.Ms.No.147, School Education (TRB) Department, dated 22.08.2023 and liberty is granted to this petitioner also to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law passed in WP(MD)No.26084 of 2023 etc., batch, which is already disposed of on 10.07.2024 by the Division Bench of the Principal Seat of this Court.
3. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of leaving the maintainability issue kept open. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
