ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. The petitioner appears to be given a representation under Section 54 (1) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, dated 07.07.2014, before the Joint Commissioner. Thereafter, proceedings also commenced and a notice of hearing, dated 04.01.2027, fixing the date of hearing on 18.01.2017 in M.P.No.1 of 2017/A2 was issued. However, no orders have been passed by the respondent Joint Commissioner.

3. Considering the same, writ petition is disposed of by directing the Joint Commissioner to dispose petitioner's M.P.No.1 of 2017/A2 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state that the petitioner shall be heard before such orders are passed. No costs.
