The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in in E.P.No.121 of 2022 in O.S.No.52 of 2018, dated 24.08.2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent/caveator would submit that the Executing Court has passed an order of delivery on 24.08.2023 and the delivery was taken and EP was ordered to be terminated on 11.10.2023. 3.In view of the above, noting survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
