ORDER
The petitioner has filed an appeal on 16.06.2023 before the Revenue Divisional Officer under the Patta Passbook Act, as against the order passed by the Tahsildar and has filed this writ petition for early disposal of the appeal.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that enquiry is underway on the petitioner's appeal and that it would be concluded within a reasonable time.

3.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 16.06.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein and other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
