ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the complainant enquiry is undertaken in C.No.273 of 2021. He would further submit that the reading of the complaint itself shows that the property belongs to the Corporation has been illegally sold by the petitioners. He would also submit that on 08.12.2021, the petitioners failed to appear before the Enquiry Officer. Hence, the matter is kept pending.

3.When serious allegations are made, it is the duty of the petitioners to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry and during the occurrence of enquiry, if any trouble arises by filing FIR, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
