This Writ Petition is filed restraining the respondents, from measuring the lands in property comprised in Survey Nos.1653/12, 5,13,16, 1652/5,1652/7,8, 1653/16, 17, 18A, 1653/6, 7, 9A situated at North Valliyoor Part - 2, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Today(24.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
