3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned II Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.105 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
