When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been answered in her favour. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar concerned, dated 05.10.2018 before this Court for perusal. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
