For Petitioners : Mr.T.A.Ebebezer (In all petitions) For Respondent : No Appearance C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to withdraw M.C.Nos.33 of 2015 & 36 of 2015 and D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and transfer it to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while the petitioner was residing on Karaikudi, she filed a petitions for maintenance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. Thereafter, she shifted her residence to Madurai for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

(in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16056 of 2018) the convenience of her daughter's studies viz., the second petitioner. Therefore, she faced very difficulties to attend the Court proceedings in Karaikudi. In fact, already, the award passed by the Lok Adalat is not at all completed by the respondent. Hence, she is constrained to file another Domestic Violence Original Petition before the Court below. After, serving notice, the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent has not appeared before the Court below till today.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstance, M.C.Nos.33 of 2015 & 36 of 2015 and D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi are transfer to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
