This Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.23 of 2022, dated 14.08.2022 on the file of the first Respondent Police.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police had been completed and laid the charge sheet before the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, but the same was not taken on file.
