This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 12.09.2023 in Na.Ka. No./Camp/ACP/MC.2023 passed by the second respondent and direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct public demonstration in Madurai town in a place earmarked by the respondents to conduct public demonstrations on 14.09.2023 or any other date.
