ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants enquiry to be conducted on his complaint.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that enquiry was already conducted and closed on 10.05.2019. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition and it is disposed of. The closure report shall be served on the petitioner so that the petitioner can take recourse to appropriate remedies under law. No costs.
