ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the punishment of stoppage of two increments without cumulative effect and also challenged the transfer from the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University to Constituent college, Nagalapuram.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is serious in nature. Totally, there are 17 complaints preferred by the girl students against the petitioner alleging that he had made sexual harassment on them. After conducting enquiry, the Committee has submitted its report. Based on the enquiry report, the respondents have imposed punishment on the petitioner for stoppage of two increments without cumulative effect

3. Considering the allegation raised against the petitioner, the punishment imposed by the respondents is only lesser. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
