Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent proceeding order No.8767668D77688786 dated 15.11.2021 and quash the same as devoid of merits and consequently direct the respondent to provide pension to the petitioner under Destitute Women Pension Scheme, by considering her application no.2021/0211/27/000121 dated 01.10.2021, within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Atham Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. It is stated that by order dated 01.01.2022, the petitioner had been granted Destitute Women Pension as sought by her in her representation. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
