C.M.P.[MD]No.8353 of 2017 3.This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 41 days in filing the writ appeal. The petition came up for hearing before the Hon'ble Division Bench on 12.09.2017 and notice was directed to be served on the respondents. Till date, such direction has not been complied with nor steps have been taken to serve the respondents. Therefore, we are not inclined to adjourn the matter nor grant any relief in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this condone delay petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the Writ Appeal is rejected in the SR stage.
