ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SARGUNAM, Advocate for the petitioners and MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.M.P. No.2909 of 2023 in Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, and set aside the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are women working from different states, having health ailments and traveling from different states to Coimbatore regularly causing much prejudice and harship. Hence, prays to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, Crl.M.P. No.2909 of 2023, dated 31.08.2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation is still pending.
